Hi, my name is Alvin Barroso and I am the founder of Fight For An End. I started this foundation in the memory of my grandfather, Evelio “Chico” Acosta, who battled with Alzheimer’s. My grandfather was a hardworking, Cuban immigrant who pioneered his way in the waste-handling industry. He was passionate about developing and researching unique waste-disposal product designs and he built businesses off of that passion. This foundation seeks to empower those fighting against the Alzheimer’s disease and educate the community. Together we can fight for an end.
